Membership renewals are due and payable on or before January 1st of each calendar year. New members joining between September 1 and December 31 of the current year are considered to be paid up for the following year.

Membership agreement

I hereby apply for membership in the Valle del Sur Art Guild and agree to abide by the aims and purposes of the Guild as set forth by the by-laws of the Guild. I agree that the Guild has the right to screen all work submitted by me for exhibition in any art show or exhibit sponsored by the Guild. Although all artwork submitted to the Guild or its exhibits will be handled with utmost care, I agree to hold the Guild harmless for loss or damage from any cause whatsoever.
